DAY 1: FES - MIDELT - ERFOUD - MERZOUGA AND ERG CHEBBI DESERT

Depart from Fez through Ifrane, a winter ski resort in a totally un Moroccan style built by the French in the 1930's to resemble a Swiss village; we continue passing through the cedars forest and see the monkeys , drive across the Middle Atlas Mountains. & beautiful forests, springs, jagged rock faces, and Berber villages as you cross the Atlas Mountains and begin to descend towards the Sahara Desert. Half way, you will stop for lunch in the town of Midelt, famous for its fossils and rocks, we will stop in a panoramic views to see the  a huge oasis of palm tree we reach to Merzouga. The guide and camels will be waiting to carry you across the sandy dunes of the Erg-Chebbi,you will enjoy the beauty of the sunset on camel, after one hour you will reach to the desert camp to spend night in a Nomad tent. At your desert shelter, your camels are hobbled and mint tea is served. After a wonderful dinner, watch the Stars. Overnight in the Berber Tent .

DAY 2: CAMEL RIDE IN ERG CHEBBI AND MERZOUGA EXCURSION

This is a complete desert day. If you are in the middle of the desert, it’s absolutely worth getting up early to see the sunrise at the top of a dune close to the camp. After watching the sunrise, return to Merzouga where a hearty breakfast is waiting for you. Then you will skirt the Erg Chebbi, great extension of sandy desert where we can find the big dune of Morocco. Along the way, catch sight of a nomad settlement, and learn their secrets and manners. Once you reach Khamlia Village, sip on a relaxing cup of tea, and listen to a concert of the spiritual music of Gnawa. Transfer to your luxury accommodation and get the afternoon free to explore the town or the dunes next to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel or at the nomadic private tent again.

DAY 3: MERZOUGA - RISSANI - TODRA VALLEY -  DADES GORGES :

In the morning you can get up early, we take a walk over the sand dunes and watch the sunrise in Merzouga. We take camel back to the hotel .you will take shower and breakfast and relax; you will be given the opportunity to take nice pictures. Then we ride camels back to Merzouga for breakfast and shower and we take road towards gorges . We depart along the road used by the Paris-Dakar rally We will reach a cave where you can discover how the local people extract the fossils from the heart of the earth we stop to visit Rissani  where we may visit Mosulement of Moulay ali charif (the founder of alaouite dynasty), and the souk - the big market of the area. Then we continue passing through the Ziz valley and gorges ,we will have a walk in gorge of Todra to enjoy the beauty of rivers and mountains ,we reach to Dades gorge. Then dinner and overnight in a traditional Kasbah.

DAY 4: DADÈS GORGES – AIT BENHADDOU - MARRAKECH :

After breakfast we will start a visit to Ouarzazate,including  the Kasbah of Taourirt ,the Atlas Studios movie studios; the largest and most famous of all Africa. we will visit the kasbah of Ait ben haddou , declared UNESCO World Heritage and which was the scene of films like The Gladiator, Babel, Lawrence of Arabia,we continue passing through  the High Atlas and  the Tizi n’Tichka pass, along a road that climbs from the plains up to 2260 m above sea level passing through the continuously changing landscape and colours of these beautiful Mountains.We reach Marrakech in the  Afternoon for the end of the trip.
